Datasheet digitization. The process involves the conversion of the scanned copies of the  equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets into client specified formats.

SPgS  successfully converted close to 4,87,000 data sheets into other client specific formats,  from scanned images.

Old hand-written forms of equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets of refineries  were normalized, and data was transferred with very high accuracy level.

As per client’s requirements, some of the datasheets were created in tabular format.

Our team has expertise in understanding the technical characteristics and various parameters of typical plant components such as equipment, instruments and electrical equipment etc. This gives us advantage in transferring data from scanned images in to excel with high accuracy and helps to conduct data quality check in appropriate manner.
